Customer Service

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks shipping for all shoes. Shipping charges are $7.95. If you require special shipping instructions or expedited shipping, please email me with any questions or concerns prior to placing your order. My email address is jujusdecorativeart@gmail.com.

Shopping online at JuJu’s Decorative Art is convenient and extremely secure. I use PayPal, the most reliable online payment service available. If you have concerns about online ordering, I will also accept money orders and personal checks. Checks may be payable to Julie Aguilera, JuJu’s Decorative Art, PO Box 650512, Potomac Falls, VA 20165. Your order will not be started until your check clears. Please call 703-867-6326 for any questions about payment. Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

I accept credit card payments from Visa, Master Card and American Express through the PayPal system.

Returns and Exchanges -

No returns on personalized shoes. All other shoes are returnable for a full refund, minus shipping charges, to your credit card used for purchase or via return check. No cash refunds. Any damages from shipping must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. Do not discard the original packaging and box, and return damaged goods in the box. Please email me to report any damages.

Sales Tax –

JuJu’s Decorative Art operates in the State of Virginia. As such, I am required to collect 5.0% sales tax on orders shipped to a Virginia address. Those who live outside Virginia will not be charged sales tax on orders placed outside of Virginia at www.jujusdecorativeart.com.
